DISCLOSURES AND TERM & CONDITIONS

  • All natural wood inherits disparities in color and grain pattern (such variations caused by nature). Due to the natural variations of the wood, 405 CABINETS & STONE will do the best in matching colors. However, 405 CABINETS & STONE Do Not Guarantee an exact color match to the provided or showroom samples.
  • With all wood products, expansion and contraction happen when there is a change in humidity or temperature. This may cause the breaks in the finish, especially at the joints between pieces of wood. This also may cause twisting and warping of the material within its own self.
  • Variations are inherent in natural wood, stone, and clay products. Natural colors, veining, and cracks can vary from one piece/area to another.
  • Acceptability of the products must be resolved prior to installation. We do not recognize any claims after installation.
  • Stone Products are sold in “As Is” condition. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods upon pick-up/ receiving.
